Warranty
EPS warrants that for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice any goods purchased will substantially conform to their related specifications.

Returns/Refunds
EPS’s liability in respect of the goods supplied shall be only to you and are limited to free replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price provided that you give written notice to EPS within the warranty period and the goods are returned, carriage paid to EPS’s place of business.

Order Cancellation/Rescheduling
EPS will not accept any reschedule or cancellation requests within the quoted lead time under any circumstances. All requests for cancellation or reschedules are effective only after written confirmation from EPS that they have been accepted.

In the event of you cancelling or rescheduling an order, you must indemnify EPS against all losses (including loss of profits) costs and other expenses and damage (whether direct or consequential) occasioned by such cancellation or reschedule.

Non-Delivery
In the case of non-delivery, you should give written notice to EPS of the non-delivery within 7 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received. Any liability of EPS for non-delivery of the goods shall be limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro rate Contract rate against any invoice raised for such goods.
